The Skylark Quartet’s programme is entitled ENTENTE CORDIALE and features 20th century British and French music; the Entente marked the century’s own beginnings in 1904.

Expect a thoroughly enjoyable and diverse evening of music, from each side of the English Channel, from settings of Folk songs to Divertimenti for winds by composers such as Gordon Jacob,  Richard Rodney Bennett, Claude Arrieu, Malcolm Arnold and Jacques Ibert.
